Effect: This jutsu allows Kenneth to use his lightning chakra to create an electromagnetic field around himself by forcing the chakra into a circular orbit around his own body. This eliminates Kenneth's need to worry about ranged attacks from metallic weapons, as any metal object thrown into the field is immediately thrown into orbit as well. The effect of this is that any metallic weapon thrown into the field while it is active begins to circle Kenneth's body at a very fast rate, creating a circling shield of weapons around him. Kenneth can also throw his own weapons into the field, creating his own bladestorm out of kunai and shuriken.

This jutsu is also very effective against puppets, as most puppets carry some sort of metallic device in them. The raw force of the magnetic field is enough to tear out the metallic components of most puppets, doing damage to it in the process. In order to avoid damage, a puppet would almost certainly have to be made out of metal, but in being made out of metal, the puppet itself would be flung into orbit as well. In essence, this jutsu greatly restricts the ranged capabilities of Kenneth's opponents.

Sheesh sounds like atleast A rank and maybe have it take a lot of chakra.

Well, I changed it to an A-rank, but I don't see why it should take so much chakra. An electromagnet takes a small amount of electricity and makes it into a fairly strong magnet by sending it in a spiral. If it's possible to hold a magnetic field with the electrical output of a battery, then logically, when I pump in an A-rank amount of Lightning chakra, it should be able to have around this level of intensity.
